How I can help

Perinatal Mental Health begins in pregnancy; you may not feel like yourself and everyday, your body is experiencing profound changes that can present challenges. You may not feel like yourself as your body is changing and experience emotional distress, fear, excitement, sadness, or discomfort in your body or towards your baby. We’re here to walk with you in your unique journey. Research shows that 1 in 5 women may experience post partum anxiety, depression, or OCD. Partners also may experience post partum with hormonal shifts, and can be pronounced by trauma.
