Payment

We are pleased to offer a convenient and secure online payment option through the Simple Practice portal. Managing your therapy expenses is now easier than ever, allowing you to access your secure HIPPA compliant patient platform to access billing. We require a card on file to receive therapy services.

Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation refers to any appointment cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

First cancellation or no-show: If you need to cancel your appointment within the late cancellation timeframe or fail to show up to your scheduled appointment time, a fee of $100 will be applied.

Second cancellation, no show, or subsequent cancellations: Any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows beyond the second occurrence will result in a fee of $130

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to the best of our abilities. However, consistent late cancellations or no-shows can disrupt the therapeutic process and limit appointment availability for other clients. Additionally, we cannot bill insurance if there is a no show or late cancellation, therefore, individuals using insurance will be charged the private pay rate.
